Shubhangi Bhadada is the Mittal Institute Fellow at the Lakshmi Mittal and Family South Asia Institute, where she leads the Partition Project. She also serves as the Project Director for the Lancet Citizens’ Commission on Reimagining India’s Health System.
Shubhangi’s career spans roles at the Vidhi Center for Legal Policy, a governance think tank in New Delhi, L&L Partners, and the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. She has been a Fellow at the International Human Rights Clinic at Harvard Law School and has collaborated with Human Rights Watch and the International Corporate Accountability Roundtable.
She holds a B.A. LLB (Hons.) degree from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore, a BCL from the University of Oxford, and an LLM from Harvard Law School, where she specialized in international human rights.
